Pastor Dorette Fisher was born in Jamaica, West Indies. At the age of 12, she was called to the ministry, evangelizing, mentoring, and helping promote the Gospel of Yahweh. She immigrated to Canada, where she earned her degree in Cosmetology. After graduating, she taught Cosmetology for five years and then started her own business where the Holy Spirit often prompted her to minister to her clients.
While serving in various ministry capacities, she received her Evangelist’s License from the Greater Highway Redemption Ministry in Ontario, Canada, where she was elevated to a minister’s position. In 2007, Pastor Fisher, directed by the Lord, relocated to the United States to “deliver those who are bound to set them free.”
In September 2010, she was certified as a Lay Pastoral Counsellor (L.P.C.) by the Board of Examiners of the Evangelical Order of Pastoral Counsellors of America.
In January 2013, she received her Credentials of Ministry from Christian Harvest Church. Apostle Fisher operates in the Five-Fold Ministry here at Cornerstone. The purpose and goal of this ministry are “healing, deliverance, restoration, and setting captives free.”
Apostle Fisher believes in the fundamentals of Biblical Principles. She is a strong advocate for deliverance, and her mission is to “Plunder Hell and Populate Heaven” for the kingdom of Yahweh.
